Meet your teacher!

Hi, I’m Klara! For over 10 years, I’ve been adapting yoga to support people from all walks of life. Whether it’s in CrossFit gyms, yoga studios, or corporate offices, or asylum centers, my goal is simple: to help you feel lighter, stronger, and more at ease in your body.
I’ve learned studying in places like Brussels, New York, and India. With certifications in Vinyasa Flow Yoga and Trauma-Sensitive Yoga, I bring a blend of expertise and practical insights to make every pose accessible for you.
