As a professional, I don't exactly fit into one box. With over a decade of experience in teaching yoga, mobility, core strength, HIIT or dance, I have a large "library" to draw on to mix the right session for YOU. Whether you’re recovering from intense workouts, looking to deepen your practice, needing a moment of peace in the midst of a workload overwhelm, or need to tackle a nagging back pain, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
I prioritize making yoga/stretching/exercises effective and accessible for everyone—from complete beginners to active office workers to seasoned athletes. And yes, injury recovery often included.
My practice has taken me to New York, India, Belgium and the Netherlands. I’ve successfully worked with diverse groups from asylum seekers, to corporate sessions to CrossFit athletes.
