Our retreat days are going to look like this (subject to change due to weather)
9am morning yoga
10:30am healthy&hearthy brunch
12pm free time (beach, pool, relax, massage, hike or a run, natural springs, beach volley, kitesurfing, etc.)
18h workout at Bankai
20h local mediterranean dinner

Massage with an amazing physiotherapist and manual therapist Katarina (the best massage I've had so far!)
Boat ride in the open sea (sometimes dolphins show up - depending on the weather)
